 Terry Olpin offers a range of services to many types of client, whether they be an individual with one unit, a professional landlord with a portfolio of properties or an investment company.
The principal services are our Management Service and our Letting Only Service. Under the comprehensive management service we take care of the letting and day to day management of a property. We will offer advice and guidance on all aspects of letting and management including safety regulations, furnishing, House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing and Deposit Protection Schemes to name a few.
We also possess our own in-house maintenance division which will be at your disposal should the need arise. The letting only service is designed for landlords who wish to manage their own properties.
